This policy is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

At Bandistraps, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or experience an issue with your order, the terms below explain your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.


Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a cancellation return:

  • The item must be unused and in a resaleable condition

  • It must be returned with the original packaging and all included items

Our 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, Bandistraps offers a 30-day returns period from the date you receive your order.

Items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

This does not affect your legal rights.


Return Costs

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

You may be entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods if a fault is confirmed

  • A repair or replacement after 30 days

  • A refund if a repair or replacement is not possible or fails

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof they have been sent)

  • Standard delivery costs will be refunded for cancelled orders as required by law (this excludes any upgraded delivery options)


Non-Returnable Items

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Sealed items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if applicable)

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
